Richard is a fully qualified chef with more than 17 years experience working in the catering and hospitality industry. Having worked at a senior level, including hotel and catering manager, in a number of establishments including 5 star hotels, Richard has the knowledge and expertise to ensure that all of your catering needs are met with the upmost efficiency.
Simon Barton – Executive Chef
Simon is an industry professional through and through, developing his craft in Yorkshires independent restaurant scene and progressing into high end hotels. Food is at the forefront of his forefront of his passion for the industry. It has helped him to develop a wide repertoire of cooking styles and methods. He has progressed to executive chef level through hard work and learning his craft. Consistently delivering at head chef level in high end hotels furthering his development by gaining a masters degree in hospitality. He has a keen interest in exploring world foods and particularly enjoys experimenting with new flavours. Simon creates a variety of dishes using both local and world wide ingredients and likes to cook Vietnamese, Lebanese and Moroccan dishes. Whilst he embraces diverse interesting food his feet are firmly fixed in Yorkshire with his Great Grandma cooking Rabbit stew and rhubarb pie.
